Size: Annual revenue of $500,000 to $2,000,000 with annual cashflow/SDE of $200,000+.
Location: South Eastern Wisconsin.
Management: No changes to staff desired. Preference for a tenured manager in place, looking to grow with the company.
Transition: A mutually agreeable process that enables a smooth transition benefiting seller, buyer, employees, customers, and vendors.
Financing: Buyers possess highly liquid funds available for substantial down payment of purchase.Balance financed through seller financing and/or acquisition loan.
